Law Students: Law School Resources

This purpose of this resource is to provide some assistance to legal assistants, prospective law students, actual law students and law professors. We intend to provide a full listing of all U.S. law schools, law professors, resources for student loans, scholarships, law books and a blog for posts that would be of benefit to the legal community in general.

Initially, we noticed a lack of centralized resources for researching various law schools and we developed a database of U.S. law schools. We will continue to update and add to our database and add other features. We would appreciate your contributions in terms of updating or correcting information in the database. Soon you will be able to post articles and suggestions on our new blog.

In the meantime, we suggest that you visit the official websites of law schools that interest you or call the admissions office and request a catalog of information. The right law school for you is out there but you need to commit time and effort in your research. You also need to count the cost in terms of commitment, time, money and lifestyle.

We hope that law students, lawyers and law professors will post comments concerning choice of professions, application to law schools, the law school experience and what to expect after law school graduation. This is a pro bono project of the Ogletree Abbott Law Firm in Houston, Texas.
