- Is it possible you may have future medical expenses?
- Have you felt pain?
- Did you lose time from work?
- Did you lose wages?
- Could you lose wages in the future due to the injury?
- Have your injuries caused you mental anguish?

- Has your relationship with your spouse suffered?
